Visiting this website
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- There are no forms on this website. Nothing you do here is stored by us.
- Like every website, the servers that deliver it see technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting and network providers use this only to deliver and protect the website, and keep it for a limited time.
- The fonts are served from this website itself, so no third party is contacted to load them.
When you contact us
- If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to write.
- We use this only to answer you and, if we work together, to carry out and invoice the project.
- We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires.
- WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms.
Working for clients
When a client gives us access to their systems or data for a project, we use that access only for the agreed work, keep it confidential, and return or delete it when the project ends, as agreed in the written proposal.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which of your data we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@easeitall.com and we will reply within 30 days.
